Information we collect
When you create an account, we use your email address to create and manage your sign-in. We also store the game progress connected to your account, such as your in-game cash, inventory, properties, vehicles, progress, and settings.
If you choose to appear on the leaderboard, we store your selected public merchant name and display limited game information such as your score, vehicle tier, home count, visited-state count, and debt-free status. Your email address and private save data are not shown on the leaderboard.
Like most online services, the site and its service providers may receive technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser, device, IP address, and request-log information.
How we use information
- To provide account sign-in, password reset, cloud saves, and the public leaderboard.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Interstate Merchant.
- To respond to messages you send to us.
Interstate Merchant does not sell real-world items, make real investments, or process real-money game transactions.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate the game, including Supabase for account authentication and cloud-save storage, Netlify for website hosting and server functions, and an email-delivery provider for account messages such as confirmation and password-reset emails. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required to comply with law, protect the service or users, or complete a business transfer.
Passwords, browser storage, and security
Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; they are not stored in the game’s cloud-save records and cannot be viewed by TrinFJHTechSolutions LLC. Authentication sessions may be stored in your browser so you can remain signed in. A local guest game is stored only in that browser and can be lost if you clear its site data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password and never send your password to us.
Your choices
You may update your public merchant name in the game’s account settings. Signed-in players can permanently delete their own account and associated cloud game data from Account → Delete account & saved data. Account deletion is self-service: TrinFJHTechSolutions LLC cannot delete a player’s account for them.
Deletion removes the active cloud account and game records. Secure provider backups or records retained for fraud prevention, security, or legal reasons may persist for a limited period. To delete local guest progress or a local copy on another device, clear Interstate Merchant site data in that browser.
Age requirement
Interstate Merchant is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is older. We do not knowingly allow accounts for people who do not meet this requirement.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the game changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. For privacy questions or help locating the self-service deletion control, contact Contact@trinfjhtechsolutions.com or write to TrinFJHTechSolutions LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.
