The game is a simulation
Interstate Merchant is an original entertainment and learning game. All prices, loans, interest rates, taxes, securities, homes, vehicles, products, profits, and financial reports in the game are simulated. They are not real financial products, real offers, or real-world advice.
Nothing in the game is financial, investment, tax, legal, business, or other professional advice. Do not make real-world decisions based on game outcomes, charts, or strategies.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Use accurate account information and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is older, to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Leaderboard and player names
If you choose a public merchant name, it may appear on the Top 10 leaderboard with your score and limited in-game statistics. Choose a name that does not reveal personal information and does not impersonate, threaten, harass, or infringe another person’s rights.
We may remove a public merchant name from the leaderboard or terminate an account for violations of these terms or harm to the community.
Fair play and acceptable use
You may use the game for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not interfere with the game, attempt to bypass security or account controls, use automated tools to manipulate gameplay or the leaderboard, access another user’s account, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or use the game unlawfully.
We may remove a public leaderboard name or terminate account access to protect players, the leaderboard, or the service.
Availability, saves, and changes
We aim to keep the game and cloud saves available, but they are provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, pause, repair, or discontinue features. Keep in mind that browser storage can be cleared and that a cloud save may be unavailable during outages or maintenance. You can permanently remove your cloud account and saved game data from the Account panel.
We may update these terms as the game develops. Continuing to use Interstate Merchant after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Ownership
Interstate Merchant, its original game design, branding, visual assets, and content are owned by TrinFJHTechSolutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent allowed by law, TrinFJHTechSolutions LLC does not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game.
